Got this holiday greeting from PSU. My PSU kid comes home tomorrow!

Can’t believe I am shopping this late in the season. But at least I remembered to stop and buy the dollar store gift bags when I was out—can’t believe some ppl still buy them elsewhere!

Found a recipe for lemon fudge, going to try that out over the weekend.

Here’s a GREAT recipe for peanut butter fudge. Thanks, Frank. I miss you.

1 pound butter

1 jar peanut butter (18 oz.)

melt, then add

8 teaspoons  vanilla

8 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 pounds powdered sugar

It’ll be setting up as you add the powdered sugar. Creamy and OH SO yummy!

Got milk on my way home, I’m thinking hot chocolate!
